Nicole R. Hewitt, Esquire, Hewitt & Waicker, LLC

Ms. Hewitt practices in the area of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Business Planning, and Title and Real Estate Transactions, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of each area. Her clients consist of both individuals and small businesses. Prior to co-founding Hewitt & Waicker, LLC, Ms. Hewitt was a senior tax associate with two Big 5 accounting firms, an associate with a large prominent Baltimore law firm and General Counsel and Executive Director of a national corporation. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association's Estate & Trusts, Elder Law and Real Property sections, and a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association. Ms. Hewitt received her B.A. from Loyola College, J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University School of Law.
