Hi all,
Karen and I met with Mary Helen Dennis last night. She offers a valuable service I wanted to pass on. She organizes all of your important information in a book and puts it on CD for you as well. The CD allows you to update info as needed and replace the pages in the book with more current info as needed. The real value to this process is when someone dies all the pertinent info the representatives of estate need is right there. Karen and I thought about the chaos involved if we were both to die suddenly. If this were to happen our personal representative would go right to this book and know where all of our info is. Mom and dad’s estate was in decent shape as far as planning goes but as you all know mom’s organizational structure was not very good. But to her credit not as bad as I thought it would be. It is just that mom was hesitant to throw any thing away and you end up going through years of stuff to find one piece of paper.

Anyway, we are going with this and thought I’d pass it on. Attached is a true story and info on her.
