Neil Sweren, CMC, CRMS, CEO of Allymac Mortgage Services

Mr. Sweren is a twenty year veteran of residential mortgage financing and has personally handled more than two thousand loan transactions.

Allymac Mortgage Services offers a wide range of mortgage financing programs for purchase and refinance. Under his leadership Allymac has become one of the largest and most experienced providers of HECM reverse mortgages in the United States.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University, and is a licensed loan originator in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Washington DC. He is a nationally Certified Mortgage Consultant and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist. Neil is a past-president of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals and is a current member of its Ethics Oversight Committee. He has served as a consultant to the Maryland Legislature in the formation of continuing education requirements for Mortgage Brokers and has been appointed to represent the industry before the Commissioner of Financial Regulation. He currently serves on the Mortgage Advisory Council to the Conference of State Bank Supervisors in the development of a federally mandated national mortgage licensing system (NMLS).

Neil is a long time resident of Pikesville Maryland, where he lives with his wife Sherri, and two children.
